About GetPromptlyHired
We're building the world's first AI-powered diagnostic platform for job searching - because job seekers deserve to know if an opportunity is genuine before investing hours in their application.
The Problem We're Solving
Every day, millions of job seekers waste countless hours applying to problematic job postings:
- 43% of job postings are not genuine hiring opportunities - they're ATS filters, recruiter pipeline building, or internal hire formalities
- Average application time: 2-4 hours per tailored application (resume customization, cover letter writing, company research)
- Traditional job boards have no incentive to help you filter out bad postings - more applications = more engagement = more revenue
- Resume optimization tools only help you apply better - they don't help you apply smarter by identifying which jobs are worth your time
The result? Talented professionals waste weeks applying to roles they'll never hear back from, not because they're unqualified, but because the posting was never meant to result in a hire.
Our Solution: Patent-Pending Diagnostic Intelligence
GetPromptlyHired introduces a fundamentally new approach to job searching: diagnostic intelligence. Before you invest time applying, our AI analyzes:
1. Job Post Quality (Patent-Pending)
Our proprietary AI analyzes job description language patterns, requirement structures, and posting characteristics to detect recruiter intent. We identify:
- ATS death traps designed to auto-reject 95%+ of applicants
- Recruiter pipeline schemes (collecting resumes for future, undefined openings)
- Unicorn hunts with unrealistic requirement combinations
- Vague postings that signal disorganized hiring processes
- Scam indicators and fraudulent job postings
- Internal hire formalities (job posted for compliance but role is pre-filled)
2. True Holistic Fit
Unlike keyword-matching tools, we calculate your 6-dimension compatibility:
- Skills Match: Technical and soft skills alignment
- Experience Level: Seniority and years of experience fit
- Role Compatibility: Job function alignment with your career trajectory
- Location Fit: Geographic requirements vs. your preferences
- Logistics: Work arrangement, visa needs, clearance requirements
- Compensation: Salary range vs. your expectations
3. Personalized Strategy
Every analysis includes actionable suggestions using our Problem-Action-Benefit framework, plus AI-generated resume bullets and cover letters based on your specific match insights.
Why We Built This
GetPromptlyHired started from a frustrating, all-too-common nightmare.
My spouse and I were preparing to move to a new country. She had to quit her job and start fresh in an unfamiliar market. Like millions of job seekers, she did everything "right":
- Tailored her resume for each application (2-4 hours per job)
- Wrote personalized cover letters
- Researched companies thoroughly
- Applied to roles that seemed like perfect matches
The result? Crickets.
Most companies never replied. Some sent auto-rejections at 3 AM or 4 AMâclearly automated systems that never involved a human. Others had job descriptions that made no sense: entry-level roles requiring 10 years of experience, impossible skill combinations, vague requirements that seemed designed to reject everyone.
After weeks of this, a painful pattern emerged: she wasn't failing. The system was rigged.
I started digging into the data. I analyzed hundreds of job postings manually, tracked which ones got responses, and studied the language patterns of postings that led nowhere. The numbers were staggering:
- Research shows 18-40% of online job postings are ghost jobs with no immediate hiring intent[1][2][3]
- Workforce analytics firm Revelio Labs found only 50% of job postings result in actual hires, down from 75% in 2018[4]
- Some were ATS filters designed to auto-reject 95%+ of applicants
- Others were "resume farming" schemesârecruiters building databases with no immediate openings
- Many had impossible requirement combinations that even the hiring managers knew couldn't be filled
She wasn't alone in this nightmareâmillions of talented professionals waste weeks applying to jobs that were never meant to result in a hire.
I built the first version of GetPromptlyHired to help her. A simple tool to analyze job descriptions and flag the obvious red flags before she invested hours in an application. It worked. She started avoiding problematic postings, focusing only on genuine opportunities.
That's when I realized: if this helps her, it could help millions of others stuck in the same broken system.
I filed a U.S. patent application for the technology, expanded it into a full platform, and built GetPromptlyHired into what it is today: the world's first diagnostic intelligence system for job searching.
"Job seekers deserve to know if an opportunity is genuine before they invest their time, energy, and hope into an application. That's what we're building."
From Personal Problem to Patent-Pending Solution
What started as a weekend project to help my spouse has evolved into a patent-pending platform that solves a problem millions of job seekers face every day.
I didn't set out to build a company. I just wanted to help someone I love stop wasting time on job postings that were never real. But once the tool started working, I realized the problem was universal:
- Job seekers can't tell which postings are genuine - there's no transparency in the hiring process
- Simple keyword matching doesn't work - it misses deal-breakers and context
- Nobody was solving the core problem - all existing tools help you apply better, not smarter
So I built GetPromptlyHired to do what no other platform does: analyze job quality before you waste your time applying.
I filed a U.S. patent application for the job post risk analysis methodology. I expanded it to work across all major job boards. I added 6-dimension matching, AI content generation, and strategic insights.
Today, GetPromptlyHired is the only platform that gives job seekers diagnostic intelligenceâthe ability to see what's really happening before they hit "submit."
We're a small team. We're not backed by venture capital. Every feature exists because it solves a real problem that real job seekers face. We build for users, not investors.
Our mission: Give every job seeker perfect information before they apply, so they can focus their limited time and energy on genuine opportunities.
Why We're Different
We're not another resume optimization tool. We're not another job board. We're the first platform that diagnoses job opportunities before you apply.
Our Core Beliefs:
- Job seekers deserve transparency. You should know if a posting is genuine before investing hours in your application.
- Quality over quantity. Applying to 10 genuine opportunities beats applying to 100 problematic ones.
- Data-driven decisions. Use AI to understand your true fit and identify skill gaps, not just keyword matches.
- Privacy matters. Your resume data belongs to you. We never sell it, never use it for training, and you can delete your account anytime.
- Accessible pricing. Everyone deserves access to better job search intelligence, not just those who can afford $50/month subscriptions.
What's Next
We're just getting started. Here's what's on our roadmap:
- Mobile app - Analyze jobs from your phone
- Company intelligence - Glassdoor-style insights integrated into analysis
- Salary negotiation tools - Data-driven compensation insights
- Interview prep - AI-powered interview question prediction based on job analysis
- Network mapping - Identify referral opportunities for analyzed jobs
Our mission is simple: Help every job seeker find genuine opportunities faster by eliminating waste.
