A. Information You Provide Directly to Us:
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Password, and Country of Residence.
- Career Profile and Resume Data: To power our AI analysis, we collect the detailed career preferences and professional history you provide during onboarding. This includes:
- Your Resume: The full document you upload (e.g., in PDF format). As stated clearly in our Service, our AI does not use personal contact information (like your phone number or street address) for its analysis. We strongly encourage you to remove or redact such sensitive personal details from your resume before uploading it.
- Compensation and Role Preferences: Your desired Minimum Salary, Preferred Industries, and your top 5-7 Most Important Skills.
- Experience and Work Style Preferences: Your Experience Level (Seniority), Role Type (e.g., Individual Contributor, Manager), Employment Type (e.g., Full-time, Contract), and Work Location Preference (e.g., On-site, Hybrid, Remote).
- Sensitive Career Information: Your Security Clearance Status and whether you require Visa Sponsorship.
- Payment Information: When you purchase an Access Pass, our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe, Lemon Squeezy) will collect your payment card information. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
- Communications: If you contact us for support or other inquiries, we will collect the information you provide in your communications.
B. Information We Collect Automatically:

- Device and Connection Information: We collect information about the computer or device you use to access our Service, including your IP address, operating system, browser type, and device identifiers. This data is collected by our servers for security, logging, and debugging purposes.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and administer our Service, gather usage data, and improve your experience. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies, but this may prevent you from using some portions of our Service.

- Customer Support and Marketing Platforms: We use the Zoho suite of tools for customer engagement. When you contact us for support, your request is managed in Zoho Desk. To send you important service updates and helpful content (if you opt-in), we use Zoho Campaigns. Your name and email address are processed by these systems to facilitate communication.
- LLM Observability and Analytics: To monitor the performance, quality, and cost of our AI features, we use a product analytics platform (PostHog). This service may receive the full input prompts (which can include your resume text and job description) and the full output responses (such as generated suggestions or cover letters) for the purpose of debugging, performance analysis, and ensuring the reliability of our AI. While we strongly encourage you to remove sensitive personal contact information from your resume before uploading, you acknowledge that any information you leave in your resume may be shared with this sub-processor for these specific observability purposes.
